New AI Content Assistant and Advanced Spintax extension for MailWizz.

It adds two major capabilities:

1. AI Content Quality & Risk Review
The assistant reviews both the campaign subject and message body. It identifies wording that may look overly promotional, misleading, repetitive, or otherwise reduce content quality.

It then provides clearer alternatives that we can review before applying. Nothing is changed automatically without our approval.

2. Automatic Spintax Generation
Instead of manually writing every variation, the assistant can automatically generate natural alternatives for both the subject and email body.

For example:

[SPINTAX: Book a quick call | Schedule a short conversation | Choose a convenient time]

When the campaign is delivered, MailWizz selects an alternative while generating each recipient’s message. This creates controlled variations without changing the main meaning of the campaign.

The assistant preserves important elements such as:

• MailWizz personalization tags
• Tracking and destination URLs
• Prices, percentages and dates
• Unsubscribe and compliance wording
• The original meaning and offer
 

We can preview, validate and review the variations before using them. Subject suggestions also have an Apply & Save Subject button that saves the approved version directly to the campaign.

How this is better than MailWizz’s existing Random Content feature

MailWizz’s standard Random Content feature is mainly a basic rotation engine. We must manually write the alternatives, insert the syntax correctly and check everything ourselves which I believe you have been doing before.

Our implementation adds a complete authoring and safety layer:

• Automatically generates natural variations
• Works with both the subject and message body
• Reviews the original content before generating alternatives
• Provides specific replacement suggestions
• Preserves personalization tags, links and important values
• Validates the Spintax before insertion
• Allows us to preview possible variations
• Lets us approve each change before it is applied

The objective is to make campaigns less repetitive, easier to prepare and more consistent in quality. It can support better and high deliverability practices. Sender reputation, list quality, authentication, engagement and sending behaviour remain equally important.
